Welcome to Warminster and Wylye Valley W.I Lite
Lite is a new twist
on the WI, attracting younger women and offering
contemporary activities and events. We aim to take the best bits of the
traditional WI and give them a very modern
the WI has seen the launch of several new “Lite” groups
across the UK, with membership about as far removed from the
stereotypical perception of the WI as possible.
We meet at 8pm on the 1st Wednesday of each month, at St John's Church Hall, Boreham Road, Warminster BA12 9LZ. You can just turn up or contact us if you want to know more.
There is a WI annual membership fee of £41, and dual membership of £20. Alternatively, non-members can attend for £5 donation on three separate occasions before deciding whether to join.
BYO: remember girls,teas and coffees will be served and you can bring your own bottle of wine if you fancy.
Knit & Natter
Knit and Natter meets every 2nd Wednesday of each month, at The Upstairs Gallery of the Organ Inn, Warminster from 8pm - all welcome.
We also have a Walking Group which everybody is welcome to join, with or without dogs! Times and places will be posted on the Website.
